XL45 –
6 ft. x 7 ft. 2-deck vibratory screener; can be fed with any 2-3
cu.yd. loader; internal conveyor carries screened fine material to front
side of machine; oversized materials vibrate off back side of screen
deck.
XL30
– 4 ft. x 7 ft. 2-deck
vibratory screener; can be fed with any 1-2 cu.yd. loader; internal
conveyor carries screened fine material to front side of machine;
oversized materials vibrate off back side of screen deck.
XL20
– 4 ft. x 7ft. 2-deck
vibratory screener; can be fed with any
skid- steer loader or landscape tractor; internal conveyor carries
screened fine material to front side of machine; oversized materials
vibrate off back side of screen deck.
SITE SCREENER
design features:
- screen deck vibration action designed for optimum material
separation
- economical John Deere diesel engines
- operates up to 1 1/2 days on one tank of fuel
- 30 minute time frame for screen changes (or less)
- can be towed by ¾ or one ton truck
- set-up time approx. 5 minutes
- all models have hydraulic operated legs for leveling and
stability
- internal conveyors have belt sensor system with auto-shut down
- XL30 and XL45 screeners are mounted on integral trailers with
tandem axles; trailer does not have to be removed to operate
screener; XL20 has hydraulic lifting rear axle.
- trailers have 300- 400 lbs. tongue weight, pintle hitches,
electric brakes, lights, breakaway switches
- six easy grease points, all on one side
- an optional stacking conveyor can be used for the screened fine
material or for the oversized material; reserve hydraulic power is
built into the Site Screener to operate a stacker.
